Highly recommend coming to T Scalp for the most relaxing experience! Ginnie is the best! I was greeted warmly with a foot bath and probiotic drink, followed by extensive knowledge about my scalp with their scalp scanner. Then I had the best hair wash and head massage followed by blow dry while I got to eat a slice of cake and drink tea! I had such a great experience at T Scalp & Spa! From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Everything felt very personalized, and you can tell they really care about their clients.

The scalp analysis was really interesting with high-tech equipment to show you exactly what's going on with your scalp before starting the treatment. The head spa was relaxing, and the neck and shoulder massage was one of my favorite parts.

The treatment room was beautiful and had a calm, spa-like feel. I also loved the little extras like the welcome drink and foot bath, tea, the sweet treat at the end, and the handwritten note. Those small touches made the experience feel really special.

I left with my hair feeling incredibly soft and my scalp feeling so clean and refreshed. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it if you're looking to treat yourself....more

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a spa day at T Scalp Therapy & Spa, and I booked the Customized Facial Treatment with a Quick Scalp Wash add on. It was such a great combination.

The facial was customized to my skin concerns and included extractions, targeted treatments, and an incredible lymphatic drainage massage. I didn’t realize how much tension and puffiness I was carrying until after the treatment. My skin looked brighter, felt refreshed, and had a healthy glow when I left. The Quick Scalp Wash was the perfect addition and left my scalp feeling clean and rejuvenated.

I cannot say enough good things about GINNIE and my experience at T Scalp Therapy & Spa!

I’ve been to quite a few head spas, and honestly, a lot of them start to feel the same after a while. This experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, Ginnie greeted me by name and had the cutest personalized welcome sign waiting for me. It’s those little details that truly make a business stand out and show how much they genuinely care about their clients.

I wish I had taken pictures because every part of the experience was so thoughtfully curated. From the welcome drink when I arrived, to the incredible service itself, to the herbal tea and dessert afterward, everything felt intentional and special. At the end of my appointment, Ginnie surprised me with a handwritten personalized card with my name on it. That small gesture meant so much and really showed the level of care she puts into every client experience.

What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just perform the service and send me on my way. She took the time to ask about my current hair care routine, what products I use at home, and any concerns I had with my scalp and hair. Throughout the service, she checked in with me, explained what she was seeing, and made sure I was comfortable. She used a shampoo during my treatment that they also sell at the spa and explained why she thought it would be a great fit for my scalp concerns. Since she had already used it during my service and took the time to educate me on how it could help, I immediately purchased it so I could continue taking care of my scalp at home between appointments. It never felt pushy, it felt like a genuine recommendation based on my specific needs.

I booked the 75-minute service and it was absolutely amazing. The treatment was relaxing, luxurious, and exactly what I needed. Before I even left, I had already booked another appointment in a few weeks to come back for the 90-minute service because I genuinely cannot wait to experience it again.

Beyond the incredible treatment, what really stood out was Ginnie’s warmth, professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt personal, and you never feel like just another appointment on the schedule.

This is officially my go-to head spa. After trying so many others, this is the first one that truly caught my attention and made me excited to come back. A lot of head spas offer similar services, but very few create an experience that feels this special from start to finish. Everything that made this visit exceptional comes back to Ginnie and the care she puts into her clients.

My friend recommended me this place and I was so surprise how nice and professional their service is, when we walking they greeting us with our picture and name on a tv screen then they took us to scalp screening room to analyze our scalp, then Ginnie explained to us our scalp condition and treatment plan. The scalp massage and neck is amazing so relaxing, after that they bring us to blowout room to style our hair and offer us tea and small piece of cake, it really delicious . I came here for my sister's Bachelorette party and we got scalp treatments. The whole experience was very good, start to finish. We were warmly greeted and given fun drinks. Phuong was really kind and did a great job massaging and working on my scalp. Ginnie(sp) was very kind and was able to tell that I have been recently stressed LOL. This was a fun, relaxing experience. I felt very cared for during the entire visit. All of the staff were super sweet. The place has a very nice ambience and was very clean. I had a bit of a stress headache going in and it was actually gone when I left. The one downside is that my hair is wavy/curly and when the lady blew it dry it got very "fluffy". My sister had a similar hair type to me and a different staff member blew her hair dry and it wasn't nearly as fluffy as mine...the lady who blew mine dry probably used too much of the blowsry without holding my hair taut with a brush. I still enjoyed the experience and my hair ended up feeling soft and my scalp felt healthy and calm. Definitely recommend!...more

Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I booked the headspa with the neck and shoulder massage and it was honestly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. The massage relieved so much tension in my shoulders, and the scalp massage almost put me to sleep. The spa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and smells amazing.
You can tell they really pay attention to every little detail to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I left feeling refreshed mentally and physically.

I just experienced the most incredible luxury head spa treatment at T Scalp Therapy & Spa in Fountain Valley and honestly… wow. They just opened about two weeks ago and everything already feels so polished and elevated.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a refreshing drink served in a beautiful vintage coupe glass while they did a detailed scalp consultation using a machine that analyzed everything from oil buildup and dandruff to scalp health and pore condition. Super interesting and honestly really impressive.

The entire spa is absolutely gorgeous and so aesthetically pleasing. The treatment rooms felt peaceful, private, and luxurious, with handmade ceiling decor brought from Vietnam that made the whole experience feel extra special. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows, blankets, and robes that gave luxury hotel spa vibes.

The treatment itself was amazing. Deep tissue neck and shoulder massage, facial massage, masks, scalp therapy, hair treatment… every part of it was relaxing. I literally fell asleep. My hair felt buttery soft afterward, and they even finished everything with a blow dry and heated therapy for my neck and back tension.

What really stood out was all the little details. At the end, I was served tea and a custom branded dessert, then sent home with a handwritten note and chocolate. That level of care is rare.

Even if you live in LA, this place is absolutely worth the drive. Truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had....more

My husband gave me a 60 scalp massage/treatment for Mother's Day. I walked in and was surprised to see a personalized message on the screen welcoming me. The environment was so calm and serene. The owner is just the kindest woman. She is passionate about what she does and it shows in all the details. Wow! I loveeeeed my experience here with Ginnie! She first off was just the most precious and kind human, greeted me with a welcoming presence! She had my name on the screen when I walked in and walked me through the whole process. Did a whole analysis on my scalp and shared some ways to help me with the thinning in my hair (and she wasn’t selling me a product, just had so much care). Had me put my spa robe on, and gave the most incredible head, scalp massage, mini facial and neck and shoulder massage. Nope, didn’t stop there, had me go into the next room, had an adorable sweet treat and detox tea for me with a foot soak while she blow dried my hair and finished with a scalp tonic. The Experience was Amazingly Relaxed, Refreshed and reviving for my hair and scalp.
First, they check your scalp with some high tech equipments so you can see the condition of your scalp, and mine did not look good. :(
Then they choose the type of shampoo and hair, skin products to work with your condition.
The Head Massage is everything you expect it to be, so relaxed and Recovered.
I got a recommendation from a friend to try out this new place and did not disappoint.
