I cannot say enough good things about GINNIE and my experience at T Scalp Therapy & Spa!

I’ve been to quite a few head spas, and honestly, a lot of them start to feel the same after a while. This experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, Ginnie greeted me by name and had the cutest personalized welcome sign waiting for me. It’s those little details that truly make a business stand out and show how much they genuinely care about their clients.

I wish I had taken pictures because every part of the experience was so thoughtfully curated. From the welcome drink when I arrived, to the incredible service itself, to the herbal tea and dessert afterward, everything felt intentional and special. At the end of my appointment, Ginnie surprised me with a handwritten personalized card with my name on it. That small gesture meant so much and really showed the level of care she puts into every client experience.

What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just perform the service and send me on my way. She took the time to ask about my current hair care routine, what products I use at home, and any concerns I had with my scalp and hair. Throughout the service, she checked in with me, explained what she was seeing, and made sure I was comfortable. She used a shampoo during my treatment that they also sell at the spa and explained why she thought it would be a great fit for my scalp concerns. Since she had already used it during my service and took the time to educate me on how it could help, I immediately purchased it so I could continue taking care of my scalp at home between appointments. It never felt pushy, it felt like a genuine recommendation based on my specific needs.

I booked the 75-minute service and it was absolutely amazing. The treatment was relaxing, luxurious, and exactly what I needed. Before I even left, I had already booked another appointment in a few weeks to come back for the 90-minute service because I genuinely cannot wait to experience it again.

Beyond the incredible treatment, what really stood out was Ginnie’s warmth, professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt personal, and you never feel like just another appointment on the schedule.

This is officially my go-to head spa. After trying so many others, this is the first one that truly caught my attention and made me excited to come back. A lot of head spas offer similar services, but very few create an experience that feels this special from start to finish. Everything that made this visit exceptional comes back to Ginnie and the care she puts into her clients.
